The forgeries which follow are presented mainly in the order in which I acquired them and where known their attribution is included together, with the cross references to the numbering adopted in the work by Boulad Ringstrom and Tester and where this is appropriate the alternative numbering given in the Barefoot booklet.

In cases where individual values of a set exhibit minor variations of the basic design or lettering I have listed the characteristics common to all members of the set at the commencement of the discussion of each forgery type and reserved reference to any features unique to an individual value to the place where that value is illustrated.
